I love the power of plants and how it supports a holistic approach to my overall wellbeing. At the first sign of a headache, infection, congestion, anxiety, exhaustion, sunburn, you name it, I reach for essential oils.  I use the same plant powers on a daily basis to support my immune system, feel refreshed, energized, or calm.  I use DoTerra oils because they are pure, and without filler or contaminants and can be used topically, aromatically, and ingested.
