I also provide interior design home consults and project execution so your interiors can be as beautiful and filled with love as possible.

Integrative Wellness Coaching 

Integrative coaching with me, is about addressing imbalances in your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, and implementing real and impactful subtle shifts in your daily life – ones that create nourishing life style changes.

We begin by gaining an understanding of your unique mindbody constitution (Dosha) and applying wellness principals in an approachable way – a way that supports you!  Most people I work with are looking to make changes to their sleep, stress, weight, mindset, career changes, over all balance …  and through a modern approach based on ancient wisdom together we create unique toolkits that incorporate:

  • Nourishment (mind, body and home)
  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Movement and physical wellbeing
  • Grounding and Nature 

Whether you are working with me 1-on-1 or as part of a group, the practices you will learn are delivered in the same method as offered by The Chopra Center.  


Yoga is for everyone – we all are yogis. If you can’t touch the floor in a forward fold, then bring the floor closer to you. 💚 Props are a must! When most new students come to me, they’d describe themselves as inflexible and nervous about stepping onto the mat 

My approach to yoga, whether a gentle or vigorous vinyasa class, is to create a space to feel supported. A space where yogis develop flexibility, strength, balance and a mind body connection. 

Yoga can dramatically improve your health, heal aches and pains and improve vitality.  Who doesn’t want more of that in their life?

Meditation Guidance 

If you are ready to find the peace and stillness of meditation and watch it unfold into your life, then we should work together to help you build a sustainable practice that works for your daily life. 

Meditation works best when it’s part of a regular personal practice. Meditators experience reduced stress, better sleep, and a sense of wellbeing throughout the day. Surprisingly, one of the things I hear from regular meditation students who are “too busy” to meditate, is increased productivity. 

The magic of meditation tends to happen off the mat as you bring the awareness and calmness into your daily life. 🙏 A regular meditation practice brings a compound interest of vitality into your life.

My meditation coaching style (developed through my training with the internationally renowned Chopra Center) incorporates knowledge, practice and a personal mantra. The unique mantra is a transformational tool –whether you are brand new to meditating or a lifelong meditator.

Home Interiors

Our interiors–whether they be our bodies, minds or homes–need to be spaces where we find respite, peace, and that are filled with love. From renewing a room by refreshing the paint color, updating furniture, or completely redesigning a larger space in your home, I focus on creating spaces that represent you and how you live, while supporting great energy flow and the overall feel of each space.  

In a similar way that we work with the Doshas from Ayurveda to customize wellness routines, I draw from the elements of Nature, Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth by incorporating a mix of fabrics, textures, and color for the just right balance. And of course, I look to bring nature inside and use plants and other natural elements as often as possible!  Working in harmony, these combinations help make your space feel “right” and like the home you’ve always wanted to live in.  

Earthing and Silent Walks 


Earthing–sometimes referred to as grounding–is a timeless practice and a modern discovery. Earthing simply means living in physical contact with the earth’s natural surface, which helps prevent chronic inflammation in the body and recalibrate our energies. 

Over 20 peer reviewed research papers support the massive health benefits that Earthing offers. Research shows a strong link between chronic inflammation and virtually all chronic disease, including the diseases of aging and the aging process itself.  Connecting to the Earth is simple and can be done outdoors by walking barefoot on the Earth’s natural surfaces or indoors with Earthing products.

Silent Walks

Time in nature is critical to a healthy mind and body.  Nature is our extended physical body, without it we would no longer thrive or live.  Yet, most of our lives we live isolated from nature. During times of silence we tend to notice things we often miss as we rush through life. 

My silent walks offer a time to join with a like-minded community to take time to be silent, connect with nature and just observe.  There is a peace that sets in during our walks and everyone always leaves feeling more invigorated! You can come alone or bring a friend. This experience is a time of intentional connection and gentle, mindful movement.  

All are welcome and we begin the walks with a few minutes of meditation and end with time to share experiences, get to know each other, and enjoy a baked good or two! Please check out for more information.
