SNAPSHOT TIP

Release tension before bed for a better night's sleep with legs-on-the-chair pose. Bring your back, shoulders & back of the head to rest on the floor, and your calves to the seat of the chair - creating a 90-degree angle in hips and knees. Allow your arms to rest beside you or place your hands on your belly. Bring your awareness to your breath and invite ease into the mind and body. Rest comfortably for a few minutes before you gentle move to the bed and fall asleep.
